How to send your knives to us for sharpening?
- Once we have confirmed your knife sharpening booking, carefully package and courier your knives to the address we provide. If you have a Trade Me account, we recommended using the courier service link on your ‘My Trade Me” page to collect send us your knives.
- Please ensure your knives are well wrapped, either in their original box or individually wrapped in paper and then placed in a cardboard box
How do you return our sharpened knives?
Once sharpened, we will return your knives via courier with signature required. The following rates will apply for 1 to 10 knives including packaging
North Island $15.00*
South Island $25.00*
New Zealand rural pricing on application
*Excludes rural delivery and delivery to New Zealand offshore islands.
If you have not received your knives within 7 working days of receiving your confirmation email and tracking number, please contact us with your name and order number.
If you are located in Tauranga, we do accept drop-offs and collections for knife sharpening, but please contact us to arrange a suitable time and day.
