Online shop orders

We only deliver to New Zealand street addresses. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all paid shop orders are promptly dispatched. We use Courier Post for all deliveries with signature required.

We offer free delivery in New Zealand on all knife purchases in a single transaction order totalling $300.00 and over. Orders totalling $299.99 and below will incur a flat rate delivery costs.

North Island $12.00*
South Island $20.00*

*Excludes rural delivery and delivery to New Zealand offshore islands.

When your order has shipped, an email notification will be sent to the email address you have provided us at checkout which will include a tracking number. If you have not received your order within 14-working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number. With the current situation with Covid 19 we are experiencing longer than normal delivery times

Knife sharpening orders

We only deliver to New Zealand street addresses. Our turnaround time is approximately 24 hours, depending on the backlog of orders. If you are not in Tauranga, we offer the following courier service rates to send your knives back to you. We use Courier Post for all deliveries with signature required.

Once sharpened, we will return your knives via courier with signature required. The following rates will apply for 1 to 10 knives.

If you are located in Tauranga, we do accept drop-offs and collections for knife sharpening, but please contact us to arrange a suitable time and day.
